1. Definitions
1.1 Partner: An individual or entity that has signed up for the Orijin Plus Partner Program.
1.2 Client: A brand referred by the Partner, which signs up and activates an account on Orijin Plus.
1.3 Successful Sign-Up: A sign-up that meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4.
1.4 Commission: A payment made to the Partner based on the Client's purchases of paid features or tiers.
2. Referral Process
2.1 Referral Methods: Partners can refer clients by:
Setting them up with access and inviting them to the account through the Orijin Plus portal.
Sending a unique referral link to the client.
3. Sign-Up Bonus
3.1 Eligibility: Partners receive a $20 sign-up bonus for each Client that:
Accepts and activates their account by clicking the activation link sent by Orijin Plus.
3.2 Payment: The sign-up bonus is paid only for Successful Sign-Ups as defined in Section 4.
4. Successful Sign-Up Criteria
4.1 Brand Eligibility: To be deemed a Successful Sign-Up, the referred Client must be:
A food and beverage brand or a health and wellness brand.
4.2 Verification: The Client's eligibility is verified by:
Having a published website detailing the brand and product.
The sign-up email matching the domain of the website.
4.3 Manual Verification: If the domain does not match, a manual verification can be requested by the Partner and conducted by a member of the Orijin Plus customer service team.
5. Commissions
5.1 Commission Rate: Partners will be paid a 10% commission on any paid sign-ups made by the referred Client.
5.2 Commission Period: Commissions are applicable for purchases made within 24 months of the Client activating their account.
5.3 Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid at the end of each calendar month and are retrospective to the payments received the month prior from any of the Partner’s referred Clients.
6. Payments
6.1 Currency: All payments are made in USD.
6.2 Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal to the Partner’s nominated account.
6.3 Minimum Cashout: Partners can cash out their earnings once they reach a minimum of $30 USD.
7. Amendments
7.1 Agreement Variations: Any changes to this agreement will be made by updating these terms and conditions.
8. General Provisions
8.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
